dead flies peeling veneer
The location was acceptable.
I encountered issues with the cleanliness. Dead flies littered the top of the bottom section of one sash window. the furniture also had problems. Veneer peeled off various pieces, and paint peeled off the skirting board.

bad ventilation small fan
The new bathroom was excellent AND super clean.
The ventilation in room 43 was REALLY bad. The window frames were screwed shut. Only a small fan was supplied, but the night was still uncomfortable. half a toilet roll was NOT enough.
